Description
This is an Illinois US ARMY model trench watch that was used by the Army in WW1 and WWII. This is the only one I have ever seen in a YGF case. It even has a coin edged-bezel!
The case is in excellent unpolished condition. Its case is semi-hermetically sealed. It has a very good original and nicely aged SKYWAY dial.
Its 3/0 size, 17j movement is running fine and is guaranteed for one year plus ten days.
This watch is from the personal collection of famed Illinois collector Farrell Gay. I am selling it on behalf of the Gay family.
