This is an Illinois CAPRICE model watch. This watch could be used as a purse watch, desk clock, and pocket watch, among other uses. It was promoted as a unisex watch. This one has its original brown ostrich skin covering intact and except for one corner is in excellent condition. It is very difficult to find this model with its original snakeskin covering intact.
It has an excellent original dial. Its 6/0 size, 17j movement is running fine and is guaranteed for one year plus ten days.
