This is an Illinois WHIPPET model wristwatch. It has an excellent unpolished GREEN GOLD case and a NEW OLD STOCK original dial. This is an extremely difficult model to find in solid gold.
Its 6/0 size, 17j movement is running fine and is guaranteed for six months plus ten days.
