Description
This is an Illinois RITZ model wristwatch released in 1930. This one is note-worthy as it has a black dial and was once owned by L Michael Fultz, the first serious Illinois wristwatch collector and dealer, then by me. I acquired it from his estate following his passing. Years later, I traded it to my dear friend Farrell Gay so he could have it for his collection and museum. I then, more recently, sold it for the Gay family to an individual that now wants to sell it to cover some unexpected expenses. MJ
It has an excellent unpolished two-tone white and yellow case and an excellent dial, in fact, it is the only black RITZ dial I have ever seen. Its movement is running fine and is guaranteed for one year plus ten days.
